Between 26 April and 1 May 2026, Blue Nautical Hub Brasil brought together in Santa Catarina the productive sector, the public authorities and the international market in an unprecedented agenda.

The visits covered some of the state's most relevant operations. Two days of immersion in shipyards, marinas, industry, mariculture and infrastructure, showing in practice the strength of Santa Catarina as a Blue Economy hub.

Business afloat, results ashore
An unprecedented format: the business round took place aboard a catamaran on Florianópolis' Beira-Mar. Seventy companies, 171 meetings in six hours and more than BRL 20 million in business generated so far, using the Sebrae/SC business meeting methodology.
III International Blue Economy Symposium
Infrastructure, governance and nautical mobility
Experts, entrepreneurs, researchers and national and international authorities debated the sector's path ahead. The symposium presented the Santa Catarina Blue Economy data that now underpins the fair project — and in 2027 it reaches its fourth edition.
Cofradía Europea de la Vela
A bridge between continents
Members, authorities and sector representatives met to strengthen relations between Brazil and Europe, align the organisation's actions in the country and expand institutional cooperation around maritime culture.

The fair began — on a smaller scale
Even before becoming the centre of the event, the exhibition was already present in 2026, with an exhibitor space showing products and solutions. In 2027 this seed grows into the heart of the Hub: a three-day trade fair.
